Right Station Ltd. (www.rightstation.com) has developed a Web-based Warehouse Management System (WMS) and provided to customers in a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) business model since 2008. The WMS has helped a major customer to win a high value logistics outsourcing tender from a multi-national company in Hong Kong. The WMS is also used by China mainland customers such as South-China International Logistics Center (SILC) in Shenzhen. The WMS also provides EDI connection to the computer systems of a Hong Kong listed company for receiving outsourced warehouse In/Out order from their worldwide users.
In 2009, Right Station Ltd. was admitted to Hong Kong Science Park under the technology incubation program. A open logistics platform ( www.shippingatom.com ) was launched in 2010 for providing low cost logistics applications (e.g. Order Processing System and Warehouse Management System) in an open communication and sharing platform to logistics community for business partnership and collaboration.
The Web-based Logistics applications have all been running on Cloud Computing platform since 2010. Right Station Ltd. is the first company in Hong Kong and China to provide a Cloud Computing logistics platform. Right Station Ltd. is also developing a mobile phone barcode scanner integrated with logistics Cloud Computing services.
